Share your tips and tricks with other theme owners. Hire a theme designer and/or developer to help you customize AppThemes to your specific needs. It’s all available to paying customers!
If you are interested in purchasing one of our themes but have questions you need answered first, you can post them in our Pre-Sales Questions forum (no registration required). One of our support staff or community will usually respond within the same day. Many questions can be answered just by searching our forum first. We also urge you to first spend time trolling through the forum and product pages before making your purchase so you get a better understanding of all our benefits and themes. You can view our theme release schedule to get an idea as to when our next themes or versions are set to be released.
If you are an existing AppThemes customer and need help with your theme, there are several resources available for you. To get started and install your new theme, make sure you read the installation guide in our themes documentation section. There are also accompanying video tutorials which are very helpful especially if you are new to WordPress. Included with your purchase is exclusive access to our forum where you can post specific questions and/or just browse through the other threads. It’s a great resource to see what other AppThemes customers are doing with their themes. Please note, we do not provide support via email so all questions should go through our support forum.
We’re open 24 hours 7 days a week but we’re only human just like you. We can answer your questions during normal business hours which are Monday – Friday 9am-5pm (UTC -07:00) and frequently reply to forum posts within 48 hours. To save everyone time and to get an answer more quickly, we recommend reading and searching the support forums before posting a new question. Most times your question has already been answered by someone else. Please note that we do not provide support via phone or email.
Our AppThemes community is also available to assist you around the clock since there are ClassiPress owners all around the world. They are all volunteers so please treat them nicely.
