Below you will find several ways to get in touch with the AppThemes team. We will do our best to respond to your question as quickly as possible but sometimes it might take longer than expected. Remember, we are only human and respond during normal business hours (Monday – Friday California, USA GMT -07:00).
If you are interested in purchasing a theme but couldn’t find an answer to your question(s) on our themes page, you can post them in our Pre-Sales Questions forum (no registration required). You will generally get a much faster response by us or the community within 24-48 hours vs sending us an email. With the high volume of email we get, we don’t want your question to get buried in our inbox.
The success of our customers is important to us which is why we employ a team of dedicated support reps ready to address your questions. The support team is accessible in our forum to customers who have purchased any version of our products.
This means we are happy to answer any questions related to setting up and configuring our themes so that you get everything working properly. Please keep in mind that support does not include prerequisite steps such as setting up your web hosting, understanding of programming languages such as html, php, sql, css, mysql databases, or any modifications or enhancements made to our theme code. Those items are your responsibility.
It doesn’t mean however, that you should not post your questions related to these topics because we love to foster creative ideas and our thriving community is quite responsive and helpful. We just want to make it clear what our support package includes so expectations can be properly set. We might offer a full package like that in the future but not at this time.
If you forgot your username and/or password or never received a login to begin with, please continue reading. If you know your login and just forgot your password, you can use our “forgot your password” tool to automatically email it to you. Don’t know your username? It’s the same as your forum username. If you’ve never logged into the forum before then it’s going to be your PayPal email address. Are you able to login but it’s not under your original forum username? Chances are we need to merge your accounts. Still can’t figure it out? Send us a support request and we’ll get it sorted out for you.
