Hi Tim, it sounds like you don't have the theme language file in your theme folder. Also make sure you have correctly named the file. This page might also help.

This does not translate my theme at all, only my admin area of wordpress…not my Blog. Am I doing something wrong?

Hi Zak, what version of ClassiPress are you using? The latest version 3.0.3 fixes the widget translation problem. You should login to your customer account and download it.

Thank you very much, your tutorial is really the best among all the other “geeky” articles.

Worked quite good for me, although I found out that some strings still need to be translated, but I guess I need a WordPress localization file for that, not the theme’s .mo file.

@Buddy, you actually don’t replace those files. You add the German ones and then make the change in your WordPress config file. Read the post carefully and if you still can’t figure it out, please post your question in the support forum.
